Management Team

Choice's leaders boast decades of combined education information systems experience in local, state, and federal arenas. Their seasoned approach to the unique demands of the education industry is what has built Choice into the premier leader when the need for enterprise caliber implementations and services arises.


Alex Jackl
Chief Solutions Architect. Alex started his career in the education sector as Program Manager at the Massachusetts Department of Education. Since then he has worked for IMS Global, US eLearning Consortium, CCSSO, and ESP Solutions Group as Chief Architect. Alex has also been involved in countless SIF, SEA and Federal initiatives over the last 10 years; currently he serves as Co-Chair of the Technical board for SIF. Alex holds a BS from University of Rhode Island and completed his graduate degree at MIT.

Lara Moritz
AVP, Operations and Program Management. Pragmatic and results-oriented, Lara’s extensive experience in project management and software development helps Choice set measurable goals that answer the needs of our clients. Her focus on best practices has helped Choice transition from a small, informal company to the fast-moving, ever-expanding business that it is today. Lara holds a BS from the University of Rhode Island.

Srinivas Kallakurchi
President. Srini began his career at Ford Motor Company in their Enterprise Data Group and worked his way through Bolt Beranek and Newman before finally landing at the Massachusetts Department of Education. Srinivas holds an MBA and a Masters in Computer Applications from Eastern Michigan.

Zachary Tussing
Zach joined Choice in 2001 to help spearhead sales and marketing efforts and streamline Choice’s client services arm. As the organization has grown Zach has held various roles including Director of Professional services. This breadth of experience serves him well in his current role as AVP of Sales and Marketing giving him unique insight into all aspects of successful project delivery. Over the past decade Zach has focused on ensuring Choice’s clients are provided with the solutions that will meet their long term goals. Prior to joining Choice, Zach was in sales and sales management for Open Systems Technologies, a technology consulting firm, and prior to that he served with Minolta. Zach holds a BS in Management from the University of Connecticut.
